Closing ceremonies are 9 pm on January 1.

| Tear down will start January 2, with props coming out first. Lights and garland will follow, and once a building is clear, tear down of that building will begin. Bring a screw gun and gloves. Pliers and a flat-head screwdriver will help when taking down the lights and garland. The weekend of January 7 will be the first big work day, weather permitting. | |
